Registration and deposit for travel itineraries:

You are kindly requested to complete and return the enclosed registry form or e-mail us your request. Ones the operators have confirmed all bookings we will forward you the invoice. 20 % deposit of the total order value has to be pre paid shortly after. If you want to order the optional sickness cancellation insurance, this has to be paid in full at the same time as the deposit.

Final Payment:

2 month before the start of the first activity (arrival to Thailand) the final payment has to occur on our Thai bank account. After we have registered your final payment to our account, we will forward you all vouchers by E-mail.

Day Tours:

Some day tours can be paid on arrival by showing up in our office in Patong Beach or by making a bank transfer while in Thailand to our account. Details will follow any booking.

We have to register your payment on our account 3 days before the start of the first tour to keep your booking active. To make a booking please fill in the registry form or e-mail us your request.

If an arrangement is canceled by the operator, full payment of the tour will be refunded or a tour on another date will be offered. However short notices cancellation from the participant is not accepted. In principle the operator should have time enough to find another client. Normally it accepted to cancel a day tour 24 hours before the arrangement should start, even though some operators demand a longer cancellation period. If overnight stay is a part of the arrangement the conditions in the cancellation chapter will take place.

Sickness cancellation insurance: Price THB 3.500,00 pr person.

Sickness cancellation insurance has to be prepaid along with the deposit and is valid up the departure date. The insurance covers cancellation charges (see below) in connection to cancellations because of death, serious illness or injury that requires hospitalization, doctor prescribed confinement to bed or other acute illness that can be compared with afore mentioned, for you, your closest family and travel companion.

Please note: There are limitations and exceptions for person’s age 75 years and more.

Sickness cancellation insurance is not valid, if the above mentioned is caused by persons that have reached the age of 75 and more.

Cancellation:

If cancellation earlier than 2 months before the start of the tour – There is a surcharge of THB 2.500 per person (on top of sickness cancellation insurance, which can not be refunded). If the cancellation occurs later than mentioned, but earlier than 45 days before first activity, the deposited amount is considered lost. If the cancellation occurs later, but earlier than 14 days before departure, 50% of the travel price is lost and between 14 days and up to the first activity, the total travel price is lost.

Travel insurance:

Kindly notify that Wild Kingdom Tours Co., Ltd. does not accept participants on round trips without Travel Insurance. Participants have to arrange their own travel insurance and are requested to forward a copy of the policy no later than a month before departure to Wild Kingdom Tours Co., Ltd.

We kindly draw to your attention that some insurance companies demand a health certificate for persons of age 75 or reach 75 years at time of travel.

Visa and passport:

There is visa requirement for some countries. Please check with the local Thai consular office.

TOURIST VISA EXEMPTION

Please note that the passport has to be valid for at least 6 months after departure from Thailand on your return and that your name on the registry form has to be identical as to the one in the passport. Discrepancies can lead to unnecessary delays and in the worst case refused admission.

It’s a good idea to bring copies of your passport with you on the journey and keep these another place that the original.

Mileage Card:

If you are using a Star Alliance airline company, then a Mileage Card can be used before you start the journey. The Mileage Card is a free service- and bonus program for all travelers with Star Alliance partners. Contact your ticket agent, if you require further information and/or registrations forms. If you are already a member of a Star Alliance bonus system, you are kindly requested to inform your membership number during flight bookings.

Actual members of Star Alliance airline companies: Air Canada, Air China, Air New Zealand, ANA Asiana Airlines, Austrian bmi, EgyptAir, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Scandinavian Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways, Spanair, SWISS, TAP Portugal, THAI, Turkish Airlines, United US Airways.

Vaccinations:

Some doctors recommend that, your basic vaccinations (diphtheria -tetanus) are covered or renewed as well as that you are protected against kidney infection, by taking an injection of gamma globulin (protects about 2 months), or a vaccine Havrix, which is given twice; The first time it covers 1 year, renewed vaccination within 1 year covers at least 20 years. You can be vaccinated at your local hospital; clinic or you can consult your own doctor. Advice on malaria prophylaxes should only be given through a doctor.

With certain reservations:

Wild Kingdom Tours Co., Ltd. reserves the right for make a change of succession or to cancel part or all whole day to day activities due to weather conditions, guide advice and cancellations or redirects announced by authorities. Further more we refer the right to make price increases due to currency changes, increased taxes and duties and other circumstances that we have no possibility before hand to prevent.

The price for the round trip is based on the agreed number of participants. Should the number of the party be les, Wild Kingdom Tours Co., Ltd. reserves the right to increase the price per participant.

The client can cancel and we will refund the payments of the tour minus 5% administration fee, if there whit in a period of 14 days before a round trip starts up on the destination or in surrounding areas occur act of war, natural disaster, life-threatening diseases or other related events, that could involve a danger or risk for the travelers life or health.

Conditions mentioned are only recognized if your National Embassy has issued warning advice against doing travel to Thailand in the same period as your itinerary will take place.

Claims to cancellation will not be accepted if the client by accepting the itinerary was aware of the episode concerned or if the event was widely known. Wild Kingdom Tours can not be hold responsible for the consequences of flight or ferry delay’s or breaks in land traffic, there will prevent the participants to reach a connecting transport of any kind.

Please pay attention to money transfer from foreign banks could take 14 working days and that there are many local holidays in Thailand. Furthermore you should note that all bank fees’ concerning money transfer in own country and receiving bank in Thailand is to be paid by the client.

Currency:

It’s easy to exchange all major cash currencies into THB. Exchange stalls are located by the most tourist destinations. Try not to bring Euro 500 and 1.000 cash notes, as these will be subject to suspiciousness. You will find ATM machines to with draw cash from widely available. Most credit cards do have a daily limed for with drawl and furthermore a total limed for with drawl within a two week period. It is therefore a good idea to bring more than one credit card if possible.
