There is no finer way to experience this remarkable scene than from the deck of the June Bahtra, a traditional junk-rigged schooner. Recline on comfortable cushions below the boat’s striking red sails as the views of the archipelago from Phuket to Phang Nga unfold before you.

As the boat glides gracefully across the water, a spectacle of islands towering above the sea offers a striking display of green and mottled limestone color. Later, you’ll stop at a deserted white sand beach for a secluded swim in the refreshing clear waters.

You’ll take a ride on a long tail boat to visit caves and mangroves, the entire area alive with birdsong and monkey chatter. At James Bond Island, enjoy views of the iconic rock formation rising out of the bay.

Back onboard, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, including freshly caught fish and seafood. After a secluded swim, just sit back and savour this coastal scenery a bit longer – and the romance of the open sea on board this unique sailing vessel.

WKT 050 A - MAGICAL PHANG NGA BAY CRUISE / Daily from 07:00 to 18:00 hrs.

A traditional junk rigged schooner that traverses the lush tropical archipelago.

You will be picked up from the hotel at approximately 07:30 and be transferred to the embarkation pier at Yacht Haven. Marina by air - conditioned bus. Embark onboard the "JUNE BAHTRA" for a 09:00 hrs departure and enjoy your cruise through the enchanting and breathtaking Phang Nga Bay. Around noon, you will arrive at James Bond Island and continue your journey by long tail boat through the mangrove delta and the Grotto Cave to the Sea Gypsy village. A delicious Thai buffet lunch is served back on board, then, the afternoon is free to relax, sunbathe and swim. Cruise back to Phuket Island and transfer to the hotel. You will arrive back in your hotel at approximately 18:00 hrs.

WKT 050 C - The Island Eco-Adventure – June Bahtra in Phuket

Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, from 07:30 – 17:30

A traditional junk rigged schooner that takes you to discover an unspoiled island in eco-adventure style. You will be picked up from your hotel at around 07:30 in the morning, and you will get to know your fellow adventurers by means of shared transportation to the Yacht Haven Marina, where you will board the June Bahtra. The journey onboard this wonderful boat will take you through the amazing Andaman Sea straight to the quaint island of Koh Boi Yai, an island yet undiscovered by tourists and therefore left in its original beauty and tranquility. You will reach Koh Boi Yai around 11:00 am.

The June Bahtra crew will transfer you from the boat to the island on the boats’ own dingy. Once you are on the island, there is an array of activities for you to explore, such as short guided treks through the island’s dense vegetation, kayaking (yourself) through amazing mangrove forests, or simply relax, sun-bath on white beaches and enjoy a swim. You will board the June Bahtra again around 1:00 pm, and sail to the picturesque Bay of Phang Nga, while enjoying a sumptuous lunch of local specialties. At around 2:30 pm, you will, once more, have the opportunity to refresh yourself in the sea before we make our way back to Yacht Haven Marina along Phang Nga Bay, passing those magnificent Limestone creations the Bay is renowned for. In line with our commitment to preserve the natural environments in which we are operating, please note that we encourage you to - Leave your towels at the hotel, since we have proper beach towels on board. - Dispose any garbage (or even cigarette buds) in the provided garbage bins, while visiting the island. Please do not leave anything behind. The June Bahtra Crew will collect the garbage on a regular basis. - Minimize the use of plastic while traveling.

WKT 050 D - Twilight Cruise for Late-Risers – June Bahtra in Phuket

Every Thursdays and Saturdays

You will be picked up from your hotel at around 13:00 hours, and you will get to know your fellow adventurers by means of shared transportation to the Yacht Haven Marina, where you will board the June Bahtra. The journey onboard this wonderful boat will take you through the amazing Andaman Phang Nga Bay, with its magnificent limestone creations. You will visit James bond island around 16:15 hours, a time when most tourist boats are already back in Phuket, thus promising you an exclusive view of the island and the famous rock formations. Thereafter, the June Bahtra sets sail to return to Phuket. On the way, you will enjoy swimming in the sea while watching one of the most romantic sunset scenes imaginable. Enjoy drinks and snacks on your return journey, and arrive back in your hotel at around 20:30, just in time to start your nightlife.

(Friday) Transfer from hotel around noon to the embarkation pier, Suwan Macha departs from Yacht Haven pier at

14h00 Pm. Set a course between the towering islands of Phang Nga Bay and visit to the ever-popular James Bond Island. Back onboard, you’ll anchor in time for a postcard sunset. Dinner and overnight on board Suwan Macha at anchor.

Sunday : Phang Nga – Krabi (B, L, D)

(Thursday) Enjoy breakfast on deck, then tour the unique Sea Gypsy Village and a spectacular ride amongst the

mangroves and hidden lagoons. Spend the afternoon in the clear green waters of Krabi or take to a deserted white sand beach to enjoy your own private sun-bathing. Sunset is yours to enjoy on deck with a succulent feast of Thai cuisine. Night on board.

Monday: Krabi - Phi Phi Island (B, L, D)

(Wednesday) After breakfast, cruise the islands between Krabi and Phi Phi with more snorkeling, swimming and

sunbathing before going ashore to explore Phi Phi Island. After dinner on board, sit back and enjoy the peacefulness of the night in a secluded bay.

Tuesday: Phi Phi – Phuket (B, L)

(Tuesday) After breakfast onboard, travel to Phi Phi Lay and explore the Maya Bay Cave (made famous by the film

The Beach). Then ashore Phi Phi Island for lunch. After lunch return to Phuket by ferry from Ton Sai pier and arrive at Rasada pier, and transfer to hotel with arrival around 18h00.

JUNE BAHTRA & SUWAN MACHA BOATS

These beautiful boats are completely authentic junks, combining Malay and Dutch influences, recalling a bygone age of pirates and smugglers. Our fleet comprises of three fully equipped and insured vessels with a total capacity of 80, or 20, 20 and 40 respectively. Each boat features:

- Modern safety equipment and lifejackets - A comfortable sun deck with mattresses - Sun canopy covering three quarters of the deck - Immaculately clean western style toilets - Fully-stocked bar

ACCESS: Guests are picked up either from the airport or hotels in Phuket and shuttled to the June Bahtra by private vehicle. Upon return to guests are shuttled by private vehicle to the destination of their choice.
